At LSDC, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and a hassle-free process.

Cancellation Terms

  • 72+ Hours Notice: Cancel 72 hours before pick-up to receive a 60% refund.
  • 48-72 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this window qualify for a 25% refund.
  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: No refunds will be issued.

Special Events

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for events like weddings and proms.
  • Cancellations for special events must be made at least 5 days prior to avoid full charges.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the full booking amount being charged, with no refunds or credits.

Modifying Bookings

Changes to bookings, such as dates or vehicle type, must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued promptly after deducting any cancellation fees.
