User Responsibilities
Eligibility
- To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old.
- If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must accompany you.
Booking and Payments
- Booking Process: All bookings should be made via our website or designated booking platforms. A valid payment method (credit card, Zelle, or Cash App) is required to secure your reservation.
- Payment Terms: By submitting payment information, you authorize Limo Service DC to charge the full amount for your booked service.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
LSDC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
User Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly when using our services. Limo Service DC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive conduct.
Changes to This Agreement
We may revise or update this Agreement at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to Users through email or our website.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Washington DC, Maryland & Virginia.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.
