- If we are unable to fulfil your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns or emergencies, before the service begins.

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 4-5 business days to appear in your account.
5. Special Event Deposits and Refunds
- Deposits: For special events like weddings and proms, any deposit paid is non-refundable. If you cancel the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Remaining Balance: If you cancel and qualify for a refund on the remaining balance, it will be processed based on the conditions outlined above.

If you experience any service-related issues, such as delays, vehicle conditions, or driver performance, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund or credit is warranted. If necessary, we can also arrange for a replacement vehicle, depending on availability.
