Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Limo Service DC (LSDC) (“we,” “our,” or “Limo Service”) and you (“Client”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Services Provided

Limo Service DC offers the following transportation services:

Bookings and Payments

  • Booking: All bookings should be made in advance. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit or debit cards, Zelle, or CashApp.
  • Confirmation: After receiving payment, we will send you a confirmation email with your reservation details and invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service may incur a charge of up to 100% of the total fare. Check out Cancellation Policy

Liability

  • Limitations: LSDC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, accidents, or other emergencies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure your booking details are accurate and complete.
  • Be on time for your scheduled pick-up.

Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully during their rides. LSDC reserves the right to deny service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Amendments to This Agreement

We may update or change this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the States of Washington DC, MAryland & Virginia.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement.
