  • Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancelling Your Booking: To avoid fees, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the pick-up time. Cancellations made within 72 hours may incur a charge.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on our cancellation terms.

  • Vehicle Cleanliness: Please keep the vehicle clean and damage-free. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if necessary.
  • Behavior: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.
